COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES THEY OBSERVED AN EMPLOYEE GRAB A BINDER AND WRITE IN IT WITHOUT TESTING WATER. <br /> PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s)116043,116040,& <br /> 116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection.As per manager, she is not aware of the complaint. By inspecting the pool and spa,floor drains are <br /> completely visible. Chemical log is maintained and testing is done on average 3 times per day. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by.
