COMPLAINANT ALSO STATED THE RESTROOMS URINALS WERE <br /> OVERFLOWING AND BOTH BATHROOMS HAD NO SOAP. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. The manager was not aware of the complaint. <br /> Manager showed me the beef sticks and how they are packaged when delivered to the store.All 7 containers of open <br /> Tillmook Country Smoker beef sticks(customer uses tongs to pick)had Best By Date of November 2018-January 2019. <br /> Manager stated that the tongs are washed, rinsed, and sanitized once a week(bleach and steramine in facility).The single <br /> packaged beef sticks also had Best By Dates of November 2018-January 2019. <br /> Manager stated that the restrooms are actually McDonald's and serviced by McDonald's.
