Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for 2015 were not found on site. A routine inspection was conducted on 2-20-15. During the routine inspection three 55 gallon drums containing hazardous waste used oil and one 55 gallon drum containing hazardous waste used antifreeze were found on site. Andrew Downer confirmed during today's routine inspection that he would not be able to find the receipts for the containers of hazardous waste that are no longer there from the 2-20-15 inspection. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. Page 3of5
