Because of their <br />findings, the disposal of the pond effluent will be allowed by conventional <br />means. <br />The California Regional Water Quality Board, Central Valley Region, has <br />verbally indicated approval to pump the containment onto the field immediately <br />adjacent and east of the existing pond. The San Joaquin Local.Health District <br />concurs with this procedure so long as the pumping is done immediately and on <br />a one-time basis solely to facilitate the expansion of the pond. <br />If you have further questions or require additional information on this matter, <br />please contact Mr. Robert L.
