We are in receipt of signed manifests # 000039843DAT, 000039844DAT, and <br />000039957 from the destination facility. <br />#125; 1 created a "Stockton Airport Maintenance Department Fuel/Oil Filter Log" to document all <br />materials transported to the oil collection center at the fire department. It will be posted on the bulletin <br />board at the Maintenance shop for entries and inspection. <br />#'s 128, 608, and 610 1 believe are the responsibility of the Montezuma Fire Department <br />#703; The Emergency Coordinator and Modified Contingency Plan is complete and posted on the <br />bulletin Board at the Maintenance shop. <br />#705; See #122. <br />#804; All lamps have been packaged as directed. <br />#808; All lamps and batteries have been labeled as directed. <br />#809; A County Purchase Order will be opened to pay for the disposal of these items.
