After the inspection, Summary of Violations (SOV) was given to <br />Tri -Valley Recycling. On the SOV, DTSC cited (violation 1) Tri -Valley Recycling for <br />transporting and storing hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. <br />On the Inspection Report dated June 20, 2011, DTSC cited (Violation 8) Tri -Valley <br />Recycling for generating and storing waste oil without an EPA ID number. Corrective <br />actions for both Violation 1 and Violation 8 required Tri -Valley Recycling to obtain, and <br />submit an EPA ID number to me. To date, Tri -Valley Recycling has not submitted the <br />corrective actions for Violation 1 and Violation 8. <br />Within 2 weeks of receiving this letter please obtain an EPA ID number and submit the <br />number to me at the above address. Please note that in accordance with California <br />Code of Regulations, title 22, section 66272.65, et seq., each day that a violation <br />continues is considered a separate and distinct violation, and DTSC may assess <br />additional penalties for each day that a violation continues. <br />® Printed on Recycled Paper <br />
