Webber Ave <br />3rd Floor <br />Stockton, CA. 95202 <br />Dear Mr. Vidal Pedraza, <br />Sir when you came to my shop on 15 August 2000 both my assistance and me were at a certification <br />school for Hazardous Material Transportation. <br />In the NOV list you sited under Manifest that we failed to keep signed copy for 3 years section <br />66262.40 (a) CCR we have these as far back as 1994. <br />You sited under Contingency Plan that we had no plan section 66265.51 (a) CCR We also have a <br />Contingency Plan. <br />You also sited under Personnel Training that our training records we incomplete Section 66265.16 <br />(CCR) we have all training records for employees as to being Incomplete they are not to my knowledge. <br />I am sending this letter along with the return to compliance as per our telephone conversation on 7 <br />Sept. 2000. I will return to my office on 19 Sept. 2000but unfortunately I well have to leave on the 24 of <br />Sept for about 8 more days my assistance Mr. Mark Aguirre should be here should you need to stop by <br />and see these records.
