Fuel filters were labeled as used oil filters. Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof <br />container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately <br />properly label all containers and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. Provide proof of <br />corrective action within 30 days of receiving this report. <br />Minor Notice to comply <br />409. Used oil filters were stored in the satellite in several 55 gallon drums. The capacity for a waste <br />stream must not exceed a 55 gallon. Immediately, either reduce the capacity to 55 gallon drum or the 90 <br />day storage requirement applies. Provide proof of corrective action to this office within 30 days of <br />receiving this report. <br />608. Used oil filters were commingled with fuel filters and labeled as Such. Used oil and gasoline filters <br />commingled together must label as "used oil and gasoline filters," and marked with an accumulation start <br />date.
