The facility does not generate hazardous waste according to the Owner Chris Cunnigham. Chris stated that he has three trucks for the facility and two forklifts. All of the maintenance for the vehicles are done at another facility on the same property or at a service station. There was no hazardous waste on site during the inspection. This facility will be removed from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department Hazardous Waste Inventory. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
