U
2.4 Sensitive Receptor Survey
To evaluate possible health and safety effects from gasoline constituent compounds in soil and
groundwater beneath the site, potential sensitive receptors will be surveyed within 2,000-feet of the
site (i.e., site vicinity). The survey will include a review of water well completion reports at the
state of California Department of Water Resourcesoffice, in Sacramento, contact with local and
private water purveyors, if any,,and a tour of the site vicinity.
All water wells and other sensitive receptors identified through research and field reconnaissance
will be plotted on a map of the site vicinity. All available well location, construction and operating
status data will be summarized in a report table.
2.6 Project Reporting
The results of the well installation, domestic well sampling, and sensitive receptor survey will be
documented in a monitoring well installation report. Each of the subsequent quarterly groundwater
monitoring and sampling events will be documented in quarterly groundwater monitoring reports.
All reports will be prepared and stamped by a state,of California Registered Geologist and
submitted to PHS/EHD and RWQCB.
