Quarterly Report - 152 East 11th Street, Tracy Page 2 INTRODUCTION This status report is for the property at 152 East Eleventh Street, Tracy, California It covers the period from August 1 st 1994 to October 31st 1994 SITE LOCATION The subject property is situated at No 152 East 11th Street, Tracy, California This location is shown on Figure 1 Figure 2 is a plan showing the location of monitoring wells that have been installed on the site, on the site of Ultramar Inc 's Beacon Station at 153 East I Ith Street and in surrounding areas with an interpretation of areas of the subsurface that may have been affected by loss of hydrocarbon fuels from underground tanks that were previously present on the 152 East 11th Street site SITE CODE The San Joaquin County Public Heath Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS) has assigned this site SITE CODE 9021 • ACTIVITY DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD Groundwater Quality Monitoring On September 3rd 1994, depth to water was measured in all eight groundwater monitoring wells installed for the 152 East 11th Street property and samples were recovered from six wells The samples were analyzed for components of gasoline and the results presented in an engineering report that was submitted to the SJCPHS on September 27th 1994 This round of groundwater sampling and analysis was conducted in accordance with the Groundwater Sampling Plan - PrQperly at 152 East l Ith.
