Quarterly Report - 152 East 11th Street, Tracy Page 4 <br /> WORK IN PROGRESS <br /> The following work is in progress <br /> Groundwater Quality Monitoring <br /> A program of groundwater quality monitoring for the 152 East 11th Street site has been <br /> established according to the Groundwater SamplingPlan - Property at 152 East I Ith- <br /> Street, Tracy, California that has been approved by the SJCPHS The next sampling round <br /> called for by the plan is to coincide with the annual wet season and is currently scheduled <br /> for February 1995 (Note A corrective action plan for remediation of this site has been <br /> submitted to the SJCPHS for review The plan includes a complete schedule of <br /> groundwater quality monitoring that will be substituted for the current monitoring <br /> schedule when remediation begins ) <br /> Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Application <br /> As noted above, a grant application under the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank <br /> Cleanup Fund has been filed with the California State Water Resources Control Board and <br /> the Board has added the 152 East 1 lth Street site to its priority list as Claim No 4928 in <br /> Priority Class B Further progress on this matter depends upon action by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board to complete processing of the claim <br /> Search for Dischargers Responsible for Release of Hydrocarbons <br /> The Navarras' attorneys are continuing their efforts to prevail upon the San Diego Armour <br /> Oil Company and any other parties who may have been responsible for the discharge to <br /> admit liability for the contamination that has been found on the subject property and be <br /> responsive to the requirements of the governing laws and regulations <br />
