Analyte Method of Analysis <br /> Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons EPA Method 5030/8015M <br /> (as Gasoline) <br /> Benzene EPA Method 602 <br /> Toluene EPA Method 602 <br /> Ethylbenzene EPA Method 602 <br /> Total Xylenes EPA Method 602 <br /> The analyses will be performed at a laboratory certified by the California Environmental <br /> Protection Agency (Department of Health Services) <br /> Plan Revisions <br /> As is the case for all geotechnical investigations, it can be anticipated that as data is <br /> obtained from each successive round of sampling called for by this plan, analysis of the <br /> data may indicate that adjustment to the frequency, number, or locations of well samplings <br /> should be considered so as to ensure that the objectives of the plan continue to be met in a <br /> cost-effective manner The total data base will be reviewed following each round of <br /> sampling If changes are judged advisable appropriate recommendations will be made <br /> However, no changes to the plan will be implemented without consultation with the <br /> SJCPHS <br /> REPORTING <br /> Reports containing the results of the sample analyses, with laboratory certificates of <br /> analysis attached, will be prepared under the direction of a California licensed geotechrcal <br /> engineer and submitted to the SJCPHS following each round of sampling Copies will be <br /> filed with the RWQCB and provided to Ultramar Inc <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Following a round of sampling that will include all Navarra and Ultramar Wells, the <br /> following wells to be sampled twice per year - once in February and once in September <br /> NAV 2 ULT 3 <br /> NAV 5 ULT 4 <br /> NAV 6 ULT 5 <br /> .
