According <br /> to these figures, SWPC should have manifested a total of 840 tons <br /> of hazardous waste on an annual basis from the Stockton facility. <br /> Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) , <br /> billed SWPC $242 . 50 in 1989 and $120. 00 in 1990 for hazardous waste <br /> generator fees as per your reported manifested wastes from your <br /> facility. Large Hazardous Waste Generator fees for the years 1989 <br /> and 1990 at 10 qps per year) should have been $24 , 250. 00 a ""- <br /> $24 , 000. 00, r do ively.
