I offer the following response to both inspections in this report. <br /> Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report: <br /> #7, CCR 66262.11, Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> a. Seibert powder coat was observed on the ground in the Epoxy area. <br /> b. Several saws are used to cut the wire product, producing fine metal dust. The dust <br /> was observed around the saws <br /> c. The Zinc Phosphate roll off bin stored in the southwest corner of property <br /> contained some liquid and solid. <br /> d. A metal cabinet in the southwest corner of the property contained leaking paint <br /> and acrylic adhesive containers. The containers leaked into the cabinet secondary <br /> containment. <br /> Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the above wastes, and <br /> manage it according to the title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Metal particles, that are <br /> 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste, if the metal is determined to <br /> be a hazardous waste.
