Therefore, I will enclose as attachments, <br /> items requested,but unable to furnish on the day of your inspection. <br /> 1. (#1)25244.4 (HSC)Failed to submit a report to the Department at least every two <br /> years. <br /> # 1. - This was the Bi-annual Report—it is included in this report as Enclosure# <br /> 1. (it was filed with DTSC electronically) <br /> 2. (#10)66262.11 (CCR)Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> # 1. —Ferrous Sulfate—Analysis for characteristics of Toxicity is incomplete— <br /> Plus you recorded"Wayne Mannor disagrees on classification of Ferrous Sulfate <br /> as a Waste". <br /> Enclosure# 2 is a copy of the Report of Analysis for the(TTLC), (STLC), and <br /> (TCLP) for Ferrous Sulfate, performed by FGL Environmental Laboratory. <br /> #2—Filter cake waste from filter press-This is not a debatable item, however it <br /> is not all as it seems.
