THIS VERSION SUPERSEDES ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS <br /> Notes: <br /> -Unable to inspection women's RR due to occupancy <br /> -OIR emailed to Esteban.Quintero@BMWmanagement.com and cesarc345@gmail.com <br /> -Observed previous of a CO2 tank(MVE Carbo)approximately 3.5 feet in height and 2 feet diameter, plus a 20-Ib CO2 <br /> cylinder. Manager is uncertain as to the capacity of the tank. Based on previous experience, EHD estimates the tank to be <br /> approximately 200 pounds of CO2 capacity for a total of approximately 220 pounds of carbon dioxide (CO2)at the facility. <br /> Please be aware that CO2 among other various compressed gas is an asphyxiant and is therefore considered a hazardous <br /> material subjected to regulation under Health and Safety Code. The reportable quantity for CO2 is 137 pounds or 1,200 cubic <br /> feet in San Joaquin County. You will be placed into EHD Program 1919 for Hazardous Material Business Plan (HMBP)and <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)compliance, unless Environmental Health Department receives evidence <br /> that the amount on site is below the reporting limit in 1 week.
