AT <br /> APPROXIMATELY 5:OOPM, COMPLAINANT BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING AND DIARRHEA. DID NOT <br /> SEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Interviewed manager: <br /> -He is not aware of this complaint, nor is he aware of any similar complaints recently. <br /> -States no employee has been called in sick lately, or any one out of the country. He is not aware of any employee family <br /> sick <br /> -Confirms employee do eat the food prepared at this restaurant <br /> Observed the following: <br /> Precooked/smoked slider beef in WI#2 at 38 F <br /> Approximately 4 to 6 oz section is cut off and grilled with metal cover over the meat <br /> Cooked to 159 F, then served on toasted/grilled buns with BBQ sauce <br /> No PHF at salad bar except broccoli with bacon bits are out of temperature.
