Provide cold PHF 41 F or below. This is a repeat <br /> violation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. Immediately <br /> provide time log for all PHF that uses time control only;time log must include initial time when PHF is out of temperature <br /> control.
