These floor surfaces shall be coved at the juncture at the floor and wall with a three- <br /> eighths (3/8) inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at least four (4) <br /> inches. Rubber or vinyl top set base is not permitted in these areas. CURFFL 114150 <br /> 2) Sinks must be 12" apart or a 12"splashguard must be constructed between them. <br /> 3) 114165. Janitorial Closet, Mop Sink (a) A room, area, or cabinet separated from any food <br /> preparation or storage area, or utensil washing or storage area, shall be provided for the <br /> storage of cleaning equipment and supplies, such as mops, buckets, brooms, cleansers, and <br /> waxes, <br /> You must keep this office informed of the construction progress. An inspection must be <br /> scheduled at least 48 hours in advance when the facility is ready to open with all equipment <br /> installed and thorough cleaning completed. A fee of$93.00 per hour may be accessed for any <br /> additional inspections, re-inspections or consultations. <br /> Any item(s) inadvertently overlooked in the plan check process, which is not in compliance with <br /> applicable County Codes and/or State Laws, shall be constructed or reconstructed upon request <br /> of the Environmental Health Department. Inferior workmanship, equipment, or materials will <br /> not be accepted for the construction or operation of a food facility.
