BOTH COMPLAINANT AND <br /> CHILD BECAME ILL APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS LATER. BOTH BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF STOMACH PAIN, <br /> MUSCLE ACHES, HEADACHE AND DIARRHEA. DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. COMPLAINANT WENT BACK <br /> TO RESTAURANT AND ASKED WHAT TEMPERATURE THE FOOD IS KEPT AT AND HOW LONG FOOD IS KEPT <br /> BEFORE BEING DISCARDED. COMPLAINANT STATED THEY WOULD NOT GIVE THE COMPLAINANT ANSWERS. <br /> PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. One <br /> was on vacation (out of the country)3 months ago. <br /> Food process: Fried prawns come in frozen.Thawed under cold running water and cleaned up. Marinated with flour, baking <br /> soda,water, salt and eggs. Fried and stored in the walk in cooler. Fried the next day when orders are placed. <br /> Pork fried rice is prepared from steamed rice that has been mixed with soy sauce.This rice is stored in rice cookers until <br /> order is placed. They mix in diced pork(baked the previous day), eggs, and green onions. Stored at steam table. Fried garlic <br /> chicken made from fresh chicken. It is rinsed and cut up. Marinated with bourbon, soy sauce, garlic powder, baking soda, <br /> flour and eggs.
