SANJ O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNT'? <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> CAMPBELL SOUP CO 1 760 INDUSTRIAL DR, STOCKTON Aril 15, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used oil from the forklifts were not found on site.According to the <br /> Plant Manager,J&M Equipment services the forklifts and takes the used oil back with them. If the used oil is not <br /> being disposed of on a uniform manifest or a consolidated manifest,the following documentation needs to be kept <br /> for each facility to show that the repair business is following California Health and Safety Code Section 25250.12 <br /> under Article 13 of Management of Used Oil: <br /> -The amount of used oil generated showing that no more than 55 gallons is transferred in the vehicle at any one <br /> time. <br /> -The address information on where used oil is being transported to. <br /> -The date the used oil is generated. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts <br /> used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Immediately start maintaining all required records. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil was observed with a hazardous waste label that had an illegible <br /> accumulation start date. Since it cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has been on site, immediately <br /> contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to <br /> the EHD within 30 days. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily water was observed with a hazardous waste label that had an <br /> 8/5/2018 accumulation start date. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do <br /> not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days.
