THEY <br /> DO NOT WASH HANDS, COOKS EAT WHILE PREPARING FOOD, FRYERS ARE CHANGED NO MORE THAN 2 TIMES <br /> A WEEK,TACO WARMER IS FILTHY WITH BROWN MUSHY MATERIAL. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES AN EMPLOYEE <br /> DROPPED A GLOVE IN THE FRYER AND IT MELTED AND THAT THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE OIL BUT CONTINUED <br /> TO FRY FOOD IN THAT OIL." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
