The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for LOCKEFORD SPRINGS GOLF COURSE as of April23, 2019. <br /> Open violations from August 23, 2018 inspection <br /> Violation #605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> The following containers were located in the hazardous waste storage area adjacent the maintenance shop: <br /> -A 55-gallon drum of waste antifreeze had a blank hazardous waste label. <br /> -A 5-gallon red tin can of rags saturated with hazardous waste had a faded illegible hazardous waste label. <br /> -A 5-gallon yellow tin can of used absorbent was improperly labeled as drained used oil & gasoline filters, and had a <br /> start date of 6/29/2015. <br /> -Two 55-gallon drums of used oil had blank hazardous waste labels. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste' <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since these containers have either been on site longer than 180 days or it cannot be determined how long these <br /> containers have been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under <br /> manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
