The 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste oily debris absorbent did not have a hazardous waste <br /> property marked. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Kendahl Romney circled the hazardous waste property "toxic". Continue to ensure that all hazardous <br /> waste containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> 804. The box of universal waste(UW) lamps was left open. A UW handler shall contain any lamp in a <br /> container or package that is structurally sound, adequate to prevent breakage, and compatible with the <br /> contents of the lamp. Such a container or package shall remain closed and shall lack evidence of <br /> leakage, spillage or damage that could cause leakage under reasonably foreseeable conditions. Kendahl <br /> Romney closed the box of UW lamps. Continue to ensure that all UW lamps are managed per Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations. <br /> 809. The box of UW lamps has an accumulation start date of 6-29-11. The UW lamps have not been <br /> disposed of within a year of the accumulation start date.
