Lodi, CA 95240 SR0060046 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to install a Phil-tite 85000 series spill container on the 91 tank, OPW <br /> 71 SO drop tubes with mechanical flappers on the 87, 89, &91 underground storage tank(UST) <br /> system at the above noted address. The VMI LD-2000 serial#04041138 was already installed <br /> and tested to pass in the presence of the inspector for the 89 tank. The VR 208 stp sump <br /> sensor has already been rewired to place the splice in the j-box and tested to pass in the <br /> presence of the inspector. The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Aris Cacapit at(209)468-3453 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br /> inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. Overfill prevention verification: Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95% tank volume <br /> shut off. Spill bucket test needed for all three tanks. <br /> b. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test(or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87, 89, &91 tanks prior <br /> to the EHD inspection and approval. <br />
