In my notes for November 30, 2009 1 observed the following notes: <br /> "Marty Weithman called to inform me that Marc Tillotson isn't Veeder Root Certified. Marty W. know that we <br /> cannot except the test results on the 11-17-09 testing performed for SR0057987. Marty informed me that he'll <br /> have his employee call me/fax me with a final test date for these tests (which include secondary containment <br /> testing of the fill sumps)(which will exclude secondary containment testing of the lines.)(This time with a Veeder <br /> Root certified technician). <br /> Please find attached documentation of: <br /> -the service request inspection report from 11-17-09. <br /> -the amended permit SR0057987 from 11-24-09. <br /> -fax delivery confirmation of this permit from 11-24-09. <br /> -copy of email requesting copy of Marc Tillotson's Veeder Root Certification. (email sent 11-24-09.) <br /> So, what we need to do next to complete this Service Request is to have one of your certified technicians <br /> schedule an appointment with me to witness retesting of the annular sensors because the technician who <br /> originally performed the testing for us was not Veeder Root certified.
