MENS <br /> BATHROOM STALLS ARE RUSTED, STAINED AND DIRTY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Restroom is properly maintained otherwise(toilet paper, soap, and paper towel dispensers are properly filled and <br /> maintained,the hand dryer is in operation, and the restroom is clean). <br /> Corrective action required: <br /> Clean off rusty portion of stall and urinal dividers with a wire brush and repaint this portion to make the surface smooth, <br /> cleanable and non absorbent. Correct by 2 weeks.
