Extended 1 week to 6-12-17). <br /> Upon arrival today, Store Manager states that the part has been received and the work is in progress(observed work area). <br /> All of the hot food at the steam table/hot hold area is 130-132F. Handwritten time logs were being re-written at the time of <br /> the inspection.Any unused portion remaining at 6pm shall be discarded. <br /> Per employee,the food in hot hold (on steam table)was"put out 15-20 minutes ago." <br /> Contact inspector via e-mail or phone when the steam table returns to proper function.
