Inspection with manager. <br /> The meat used for the beef burrito is distributed from Lake Forest, CA.The meat comes refrigerated in bulk boxes and placed <br /> directly into the walk in cooler. Shipments come every Wednesday and Saturday. Currently,the boxes in the walk in cooler are <br /> labeled that they were received on April 13. <br /> 1 observed a beef burrito being made. Employee puts a tortilla into the warmer/toaster.
