SUGAR COOKIE: <br /> Made from sugar,flour, butter, eggs,vanilla and baking powder the dough is rolled out cut into <br /> shapes and sometimes decorated with frosting and/or sprinkles. <br /> GINGERBREAD COOKIE: <br /> Sweet, spicy and chewy cookie that combines ginger, sorghum molasses, cinnamon and cloves. <br /> PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE: <br /> Cookie made with shortening and peanut butter the dough is rolled into balls, flattened and <br /> using tines of a fork, a crosshatch pattern is pressed into the top. <br /> ICE BOX COOKIE: <br /> Clove, cinnamon and ginger spiced cookie. Dough is shaped into a roll, chilled and sliced for <br /> baking. <br /> ENGLISH TOFFEE: <br /> Buttery candy made by caramelizing sugar and butter and adding whole almonds.
