Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> I asked owner if they have been deep frying foods outdoors. He said that they do outdoor deep frying on Fridays. He said that <br /> they have Friday night fish dinners when they do the deep frying outdoors. He said that the City of Escalon and Fire <br /> Department know about it and are okay with it. <br /> At this time,there is no deep frying outside. The deep fryer is outside next to the barbeque grills on the patio. <br /> Informed the owner that deep frying is not allowed outside. Open-air BBQ only(no foil packs, no pots or pans on bbq-meat <br /> contact on grates only).
