This Court may enter this Stipulation for Entry of Final Judgment and Permanent <br /> 19 Injunction ("Final Judgment") before the taking of any proof and without trial or adjudication of any <br /> 20 fact or laws <br /> 21 2 . This Court has subject matter jurisdiction over the matters alleged in this action and <br /> 22 personal jurisdiction over the parties to this Final Judgment; <br /> 23 3 . This Final Judgment is a fair and reasonable resolution of the matters alleged in the <br /> 24 People ' s Complaint, <br /> 25 4. Entry of this Final Judgment is not an admission or denial by Defendant regarding <br /> 26 any issue of law or fact in the above-captioned matter or any violation of any law, <br /> 27 5 . This Final Judgment shall be binding upon the People and upon Defendant; and <br /> 28 6.
