Time In: 11:20 am <br /> Time Out: 11:29 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: WALGREENS#2680 Date: 04/25/2019 <br /> Address: 15 W HARDING WAY, STOCKTON 95204 <br /> Owner/Operator: WALGREENS CO Telephone: (847)527-4439 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00049678 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE FACILITY IS FILTHY AND HAS TRANSFERRED THEIR PRESCRIPTION TO ANOTHER <br /> LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE CONDITION OF THE STORE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Shelves and floors at retail need detail cleaning. Remove debris/dust from all surfaces on a routine <br /> basis. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean.
