When worker was packaging it up, the meat dropped on <br />the drain in the display case. Worker tried giving it to the (C) who refused it. (C) states the worker got upset. (C) ordered <br />different meat and states meat also was dropped on the drain. (C) refused that meat. Co-worker had the worker give (C) <br />extra meat. (C) states that similar incidents have happened in the prior visits. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Spoke to Ken who was aware of this complaint. He stated that meat touched pan next to the meat in question. The only drains <br />they have are on the floors. <br />Observation: Meat case do not have drains. They have a section under neath the meat pans ( that separates pans with <br />metal-wire shelves) that is part of the refrigerator. This area is clean and drains into the floor sink on the floor. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
