2.1 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />WALK-IN COOLER & FREEZER SPEMICATIONS <br />GENERAL: <br />Walk-in panels are constructed of 3 %:" thick cam -lock modular prefabricated panels <br />designed for quick field assembly. <br />PANEL CONSTRUCTION., <br />Panels are fonned with inner and outer metal pans and a 3-'/� inch perimeter high- <br />density tongue and groove foam board framing for maximum structural strength. <br />The panels are then foamed -in-place with polyurethane class one non -CFC <br />insulation. Cam locks are used to secure <br />adjacent panels. These cam locks are lever �-- <br />acting with eccentric hooked locks and mating ,. <br />pins securely anchored in the adjacent <br />1 Panel to <br />assure the ease of alignment and positive seal. s <br />Access ports for cam locks will be covered with <br />snap -in plugs. Exterior and interior finishes are; ± p <br />26 -gauge stucco embossed galvanized steel. <br />l _ Foam used in the construction of the walk-in <br />cooler/freezer is Authofroth and is listed with <br />The Director of Certified Insulation Material, <br />Department of Consumer Affairs ander CA - <br />T073 tested at UL with flame spread 20 and <br />smoke 289. <br />2. Typical metal used is 26 -gauge galvanized steel, stucco embossed with minimum <br />thickness of 0.019" <br />3.
