The hazards of any chemicals to which I may be exposed and my right to <br /> information contained on Material Safety Data Sheets for these chemicals, and how <br /> to understand this information, and the location of the Material Safety Data Sheets. <br /> 4. My right to ask any questions, or provide any information to SWPC on safety, <br /> either directly or anonymously without any fear of reprisal. <br /> 5. Failure to follow safety rules may result in corrective action. <br /> 6.
