SUMIDEN WIRE HAZARDOUS WASTE HANDLER TRAINING <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this training is to safely instruct and train the employees of Sumiden Wire <br />Products Corporation in the proper regulations in handling Hazardous Waste, to comply with all <br />state and federal regulations as it pertains to the Hazardous Wastes Stream produced by Sumiden <br />Wire Products Corp. in Stockton California. <br />Scope: <br />The scope of training will include the familiarization of what kinds of Wastes are produced at <br />Sumiden Wire, what volumes are produced, Container and Storage Area Inspections, Regulating <br />Agencies, Satellite Accumulation containers and holding times, RCRA and Non-RCRA <br />hazardous wastes, Universal Wastes, Reportable Quantities, Manifesting, TTLC limits, Federal <br />Waste Codes, State Waste Codes, Training frequency requirements, Responsibilities of company <br />and employees. <br />2 <br />
