The chemicals previously mentioned have obsolete federal hazard categories listed on <br /> the chemical forms . Please say no to the obsolete federal hazard catagories. Please use an updated Safety Data <br /> Sheet(SDS)to put the new federal hazard categories on the chemical forms. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing the emergency shut off location <br /> for propane,water shut off, and the main electrical shut off. Please add The missing elements to the site map. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage <br /> areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the <br /> map and label as"NA". This violation corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually. The business plan was last submitted on 10/19/2018. Please make a submital for 2019. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year.This violation has been corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> All violations were corrected onsite. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
