Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's <br /> business plan.The helium is currently at 1,168 cubic feet.The reportable quatity for helium is 1,200 cubic feet. The <br /> helium is not required to be listed on inventory but it is becoming close to the reportable quantity amount. Photos <br /> were taken of the helium and carbon dioxide. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the <br /> materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing utilities shut offs, helium, <br /> carbon dioxide,fire extinguishers. an evacuation staging area, and loading areas. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer <br /> drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and <br /> storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list <br /> it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were not complete. the emergency response procedures has the wrong <br /> phone number listed in the local Unified Program Agency(UPA)on line C3.
