(29 lbs.)vs.the 1223 c.f. (140 lbs.) documented at the time of inspection.
- The obsolete federal hazard categories have not been updated from the obsolete categories to the new
categories.
• Violation#6,the site map is not complete (guidance documents attached).
The site map does not show loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points
(facility and structures), emergency shutoffs, and emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers
and spill control).A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent
streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas,
hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map
element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA".
• Violation#11—Documentation of employee training has not been received (do not upload to CERS).
Be advised, the violation comply by date of October 22, 2017 has passed, consequently the remaining open violations
must be corrected no later than March 28, 2019.
As a reminder it is the policy of the EHD to send a past due notice once the violation due date has passed; all time spent
attempting to obtain compliance may be billed at$152 an hour.
You may call me if you have questions or need clarification.
Respectfully,
Robert Lopez
Hazardous Materials Specialist II
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
3
