(29 lbs.)vs.the 1223 c.f. (140 lbs.) documented at the time of inspection. <br /> - The obsolete federal hazard categories have not been updated from the obsolete categories to the new <br /> categories. <br /> • Violation#6,the site map is not complete (guidance documents attached). <br /> The site map does not show loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points <br /> (facility and structures), emergency shutoffs, and emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers <br /> and spill control).A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, <br /> hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
