BIO-TERROR THREAT <br /> OBJECTIVES <br /> • Determine if there is an article/substance in the facility connected to a biological threat <br /> • Isolate persons/objects that come into contact with such an article <br /> • Prevent spread of substances <br /> • Assist public safety and health agencies in determining the credibility of the threat. <br /> • <br /> FACILITY THREAT COORDINATOR <br /> 1. Notify public safety agency that a biological threat has been received at the facility. <br /> 2. Notify Area Wardens of the possible threat. <br /> 3. Notify Area Wardens to identify and isolate persons and property which may be exposed. <br /> 4. Direct Building Engineer to shut-down HVAC system. <br /> 5. Direct Area Wardens and other persons to assist Public Health and other agencies in the <br /> gathering of information. <br /> 6. Provide information and instructions to senior personnel in the facility. <br /> AREA WARDENS <br /> 1.
