Activate internal facility alarms and follow the outlined directives in San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services Facility Threat Plan : Hazelton for "Hazardous Material Release", <br /> 2. Notify appropriate local authorities <br /> a. 9-1-1 <br /> b. San Joaquin County Environmental Health 209-468-3420 <br /> 3. Notify the California Emergency Management Agency 800-852-7550 <br /> Additionally, before facility operations are resumed in areas of the facility affected by the incident, I <br /> understand that the following shall be notified : <br /> 1. California Department of Toxic Substance Control 916-255-3545 <br /> 2. San Joaquin County Environmental Health 209-468-3420 <br /> 3 , Local Fire Department's Hazardous Materials program 209-937-8271 <br /> To ensure that the facility is in compliance with requirements to <br /> 1. Provide for proper storage and disposal of recovered waste, contaminated soil or surface water, or any <br /> other material that results from an explosion, fire, or release at the facility <br /> 2.
