Obtain building permits for the repair of deteriorated wall separations between <br /> unit A & B. Submit plans and drawings for wall breech on the east south corner <br /> of building, were roll-up door has been installed into yard area, from Community <br /> Development: Building Division, 345 North EI Dorado Street within 30 days. <br /> Upon obtaining building permit all work is to be inspected and finales by Building <br /> Division, within 30 days of permit being obtained. <br /> S.M.C., 13-301 (a) <br /> S.M.C., 14-402.1 (b) 1 M <br /> S.M.C., 14-402.1 (b) 2 <br /> 2. Submit plans and drawings for the entire electrical system, equipment and <br /> complete the outstanding electrical service building permit for Unit A from <br /> Community Development: Building Division, 345 North EI Dorado Street within <br /> 30 days. Plans shall contain layout of equipment/machinery. Upon obtaining <br /> building permit all work is to be inspected and finale by Building Division within <br /> 60 days. No extension shall be granted unless approved by Building Division. <br /> S.M.C., 13-301 (a) <br /> S.M.C., 14-402.1 (b) 4 <br /> 3. Submit UL equipment listings or third party certification for all equipment used in <br /> manufactory process to Community Development: Building Division, 345 North <br /> EI Dorado Street along with plans.
