Airport WY <br /> Electrical- The following violations listed are for the interior, exterior, and roof of the <br /> building that were found by City of Stockton Electrical Inspector John Freitas during a joint <br /> inspection of the above listed property on Friday May 8, 2009 with the City of Stockton Fire <br /> Dept., Neighborhood Services Dept., and Building Inspector Blake Froberg: This list is a <br /> component of the notice of Violation and is issued to give more restrictive and concise <br /> directions for compliance. <br /> 1 . All extension cords shall be removed and not used as permanent wiring. All <br /> electrical wiring shall be an approved permanent hardwired method as allowed by <br /> code. <br /> CFC 605.5, CEC Article 400.8 <br /> 2. All electrical enclosures listed below shall be properly closed after the interiors have <br /> been thoroughly cleaned/removed of all dust, debris, and rubber dust. Install the <br /> approved covers and all junction boxes, disconnects, panels, equipment, <br /> transformers, switches, outlets, CFC 605.6, SMC 14-402.1(b)4 <br /> 3. Submit plans and obtain permits and inspections for all equipment, lighting, outlets, <br /> feeders, switches, related electrical, etc. that has been installed without approved <br /> plan, permits, and inspections. SMC 13-301(a) <br /> 4. All equipment shall be listed by an approved third party testing agency. CEC 90.7 <br /> 5. All electrical systems, machinery, outlets, fixtures, electrical distribution systems, <br /> panels, feeders, junction boxes, and related electrical to be properly installed and <br /> maintained on a regular basis as per code requirements. Remove all abandoned and un-used electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, conduits, <br /> raceways, enclosures, disconnects, switches, etc. throughout the entire building. <br /> SMC 14-402.1(b)4 <br /> 7. Use an approved hard wire wiring method to supply and connect power to all <br /> machines and equipment as per code requirements. SMC 14-402.1(b)4 <br /> 8. Properly install all wiring on all machinery and equipment as per code and per <br /> manufacture's requirements. SMC 14-402.1(b)4 <br /> 9. Properly install branch feeders to all machinery and equipment as per code <br /> requirements. SMC 14-402.1(b)4 <br /> 10.Install an approved service disconnect switch for all machines and equipment as per <br /> code requirements. CEC 670.48 <br /> 11 .Properly replace and repair all damaged ( including fire damaged ) electrical wiring, <br /> lighting, conduits, raceways, outlets, disconnects, panels, etc. on the rear exterior of <br /> the building.
