This report has been prepared in accordance with the Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements issued on May 3, 1996. Triple E is sending this report to you in response to <br /> your recent telephone request. <br /> The second quarter report documents that the substantial decrease of the chloroform plume noted in <br /> earlier reports has been maintained.
