It has <br /> been prepared in response to the requirements defined in the Waste Discharge Requirements issued <br /> on May 3, 1996. <br /> Please note that the General Minerals analyses required for the fourth quarter 1996 are included <br /> herein. The two monitoring events were combined due to the excessive rains in December 1996 and <br /> January 1997, and prevailing wet conditions in February that precluded access to the wells in Mr. <br /> Falconi's orchard. Also included in this report are calculations of the water quality standards for the <br /> zeneral minerals suite as agreed according to correspondence dated January 20, 1997. This should <br /> satisfy the following sections of the WDR: C. Groundwater Limitations la. Aeration Disposal Area <br /> for monitoring limitations beneath the aeration pond disposal area.
