On 11 June 1996, I talked to Mr. Bob Dixon of <br /> Condor Earth Technologies regarding startup of the extraction system. Mr. Dixon informed me that the <br /> system started operating on 18 April 1996. <br /> As I reminded Mr. Dixon, we had approved Triple E's work plan for ground water remediation with a <br /> schedule for submitting a report evaluating the ground water extraction system by 19 April 1996.
