A travel <br /> blank, field blank, and laboratory spike also should be analyzed for each set of samples submitted for <br /> analyses. <br /> Schedule <br /> The report evaluating the new extraction system to be submitted by April 1996 should include the items <br /> included in the attached Items to be Included in a Site Assessment Report. Please submit this report by <br /> 19 April 1996. <br /> The work plan for containment of the chloroform plume is approved with the condition that <br /> MW-4A will be replaced if it is not able to sustain a five gpm pumping rate after redevelopment, the <br /> locations for disposal of soil containing chloroform are identified, the reason is given for using 45 . <br /> mg/kg chloroform as a soil cleanup criteria, and the QA/QC procedures include duplicates, travel and <br /> field blanks, and laboratory spikes. Please submit information on the latter three items by 13 October <br /> 1995.
