It should be noted <br /> that the outer diameter of the boring for XW-I will be 8-12 inches depending on the method <br /> used. The maximum volume of soil cuttings from below the water table, allowing for 20 <br /> percent expansion of the soil, should not exceed 1.5 cubic yards. <br /> 4. QA/QC. Procedures <br /> The sampling procedure for the soil cuttings from below the water table will be amended to <br /> include one duplicate sample for each set of 10 cutting samples collected.
